Product Exchange Policy

Exchange Period and Process: Within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, the user may exchange a product purchased on the Website for another product. The user must contact the Company and inform them of their wish to exchange the product and specify the replacement item they wish to receive (hereinafter: "Exchange Notice").

Price Adjustment During Exchange: During the exchange, price adjustments for the products will be made as follows:

If the price of the original product is equal to the price of the replacement product, the exchange will be made without any additional payment.

If the price of the original product is higher than the price of the replacement product, the user must pay the Company the difference between the amount paid for the original product and the price of the replacement product (at the time of the exchange). The Company will send a dedicated payment link to the user's email address as entered during the order process. The user must settle the payment difference within 24 hours of receiving the link (hereinafter: "Payment of the Difference"). Once the payment difference is settled, the replacement product will be dispatched to the courier company and then delivered to the user.

If the price of the original product is lower than the price of the replacement product, the user will receive a credit voucher for future purchases on the Website for the difference between the amount paid for the original product and the price of the replacement product (at the time of the exchange). The Company will send the credit voucher to the user's email address, as entered during the order process, within 14 days from the date of receiving the Exchange Notice.

Conditions for Product Exchange: The user may exchange products within 14 days from the date of receiving the products, under the following conditions:

First Exchange of the Order: The user will coordinate with the Company’s customer service to schedule the arrival of a Company courier. The courier will arrive at no cost to the address provided by the user during the order process.

Second and Subsequent Exchanges of the Same Order: For the second and subsequent exchanges of the original product, the user will coordinate with the Company’s customer service to schedule the arrival of a Company courier at a cost of 40 ₪. The courier will arrive at the address provided by the user during the order process. The Company may update the shipping fees from time to time without prior notice.

Courier Exchange Process: Upon the courier's arrival to collect the user's exchange order, the user will hand over the item they wish to exchange, and in return, the courier will deliver the replacement item to the user.
